Weekend Course in Cardiology (WECOC) is an annual scientific event of the continuing medical education (CME) hosted by the Department of Cardiology and Vascular Medicine - Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia. WECOC has been a cornerstone of scientific excellence since its inception in 1989. This annual event serves as a vital platform for medical professionals to stay update of cutting-edge advancements in cardiology and also to provide basic knowledge foundation for gaining interest in cardiology. As the oldest cardiology scientific event in Indonesia, WECOC has consistently fostered collaboration, learning, and innovation within the cardiology community. The primary objective of WECOC is to disseminate the latest scientific and technological updates relevant to cardiologists, other specialists, general practitioners. By addressing daily cardiovascular challenges, WECOC equips participants with practical insights and evidence-based approaches.
